Auto-Shipping Policy

Welcome to Perk N Pour Coffee! Our Auto-Ship service allows you to receive your favorite coffee products on a recurring schedule of your choice. Please review our policy to understand how the service works.
1. Enrollment & Subscription Management
By subscribing to Auto-Ship, you agree to receive recurring orders at the selected frequency (e.g., bi-weekly or monthly). You can manage, modify, or cancel your Auto-Ship subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made at least 1 day before your next scheduled shipment.
2. Billing & Payments
Payments for Auto-Ship orders are automatically processed using the payment method provided at the time of subscription. You will be charged at the time of each shipment based on the chosen frequency of your auto-shipping subscription. Prices are subject to change, but we will notify you in advance of any pricing updates. If a payment fails, your subscription may be paused until the issue is resolved.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Auto-Ship orders are processed and shipped according to your selected schedule. Shipping fees, if applicable, will be charged based on your chosen shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Modifications & Cancellations
You may modify or cancel your Auto-Ship subscription at any time via your account settings. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 1 day before the next scheduled order date. If an order has already been processed, it cannot be canceled.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, Auto-Ship orders are non-refundable once shipped. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
6. Subscription Discounts & Promotions
Auto-Ship subscribers may be eligible for exclusive discounts and promotions. These offers are subject to change at our discretion. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless explicitly stated. Coupons redeemed at checkout are only applied to the first auto-shipping order.
