Light Roasts
Dark Roasts
Cinnamon Roast
A very light roast, just after the coffee beans start cracking. The flavor is earthy and grassy, with a sharp acidity and a raw taste.
New England
A light roast that smooths out the raw flavors. It’s crisp and bright, with delicate fruity or floral notes, similar to tea.
City Roast
A medium roast that strikes a nice balance between bright fruitiness and sweet flavors like caramel and chocolate.
Full City
Roasted just before the second crack, this roast smooths out the fruity flavors and brings out sweet, nutty, and toffee-like notes.
Continental Roast
A medium-dark roast with a fuller, richer taste. It often has a smoky flavor and a slightly oily surface.
High Roast
A darker roast with bold flavors like cocoa and toasted nuts. It’s smooth, full-bodied, and has a slightly dry finish.
Viennese Roast
